ToyTesters.tv has launched a new category for its awards in association with FamilyGamerTV in the form of the ‘Most Awesome Gaming Toy’ category.

Products entered into this category will feature on FamilyGamerTV, on course to reach 100,000 subscribers.

Andy Robertson, founder of Family GamerTV will also co-host the content alongside face of ToyTesters.tv, Nigel Clarke.

Toys that are eligible to enter this category must be a toy to life product, make use of a console, iPad, Tablet, iPhone, PC, Mac or other digital device.

“We’re enormously excited to be announcing our first partnership for our awards this year,” said Gemma Gallagher, founder of ToyTesters.tv.

“We’re on the road to establishing the ToyTesters.tv awards as the biggest awards where children vote for the best toys and games of the year. Having FamilyGamerTV on board not only adds a substantial reach, but also gives toy and video-game companies an even bigger reason to get involved.

“The toys to life category and physical-virtual play-scheme is a massive genre that we are excited to celebrate.

“Not only because there are some ground breaking products out there, but because they bring children a lot of fun and enjoyment. The ‘Most Awesome Gaming Toy’ category is a must for us, and everyone that’s created a toy or gaming product with an added bonus tech twist.”
