Toy industry veteran, Adrian Roche, has announced the launch of his brand new consulting business, Black Horse Consulting Inc.

Prior to his new venture, Roche held the position of marketing director at Kiddicraft Toys and went on to become MD of Fisher-Price-Kiddicraft following acquisition.

He also spent nine years at Mega Brands in Canada, where Roche ran product development for the pre-school and boys business.

After the sale of Mega Brands to Mattel, Roche went on to launch Alpha/Audley’s operations in North America.

Following the announcement from Alpha that the firm is relocating to LA, Roche decided to set up his own consulting business, specialising in helping international firms gain access to the North American market.
