The agreement will see the roll-out of the Moshi Monsters toy, games and puzzle lines across new international territories, including Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria in the coming months as local language adaptations of the game are activated.

Vivid will also work as a global partner for the soon-to-be-announced new IP from Mind Candy.

"Building a partnership with Mind Candy on Moshi Monsters and its next IP is a key step for Vivid,” commented Vivid CEO, Paul Weston.

"We enjoyed an amazing debut year with Mind Candy in 2011, surpassing everyone’s expectations in terms of sales and range breadth in all English-speaking markets. Now we have the building blocks in place to replicate this success in all the other key European territories."

Michael Acton Smith, CEO and founder of Moshi Monsters, added: "Vivid have been an incredible partner for us having bought into the brand from the very early days. We're thrilled to have them driving our international retail expansion."
