After launching the property at last month's Brand Licensing Europe, Target Entertainment has secured a major UK licensing deal for new boys' property Storm Hawks.

Collectables publisher Topps Europe will be handling trading cards, trading card games, collectible stickers and albums. The products are due to launch in autumn 2008.

In addition, master toy licensee Spin Master is set to start the licensing roll out with action figures, play sets and vehicles due in stores from next spring.

"Topps are delighted to be appointed as the Storm Hawks collectables partner and believe the combination of Topps' state of the art manufacturing techniques, creative product offerings and high impact marketing activities will result in excellent sales for all our partners," said Chris Rodman, VP of Topps Europe.

Helen Howells, director of international licensing at Target, added: "We're delighted to have Topps on board, trading cards are hugely popular with the show's core demographic and we are confident they will be a big hit."
