Tobar has signed a deal to become Blue Sky’s exclusive distributor in the UK.

Blue Sky design and manufacture adult and children’s novelty gifts, including Talking Heads Masks, Wizzimals and Juggling Balls.

The firm's air powered Talking Heads Masks boast movable mouths which can be operated by the user to create the impression of a talking mask. There is a choice of five designs including Monkey, Tiger, Dinosaur Panda and Santa.

Elsewhere, the Wizzimals is a range of pullback powered toys that can then be accessorised with stickers, coloured foam and googly eyes.

Blue Sky's new melting range comes in Melting Snowman, Martian and Rockstar designs while the Juggling Balls line makes noises as they are thrown and come in Hamster or Zombie themes.

“Stuart Browning, the MD of Blue Sky and I have been in discussions for several months," said David Mordecai, CEO, Tobar.

"It soon became apparent what an exciting opportunity it would be for both brands, if we worked together and distributed their products in the UK. What attracted us to Blue Sky was their fantastic ability to design, manufacture and launch innovative and exciting gift products that complimented our existing Tobar range.”

Blue Sky's Stuart Browning added: “The Blue Sky team felt Tobar were an ideal partner to distribute our products. The fact that they have an extensive network of over 4,500 customers in the UK and a passionate and experienced sales team won us over.

"We could see the long term potential for us to extend our agreement and distribute our range across Europe working with one main partner, Tobar.”
