TMI reinforces changing media message

Turner Media Innovations unveils new media offering to suppliers.

“It’s a world of change and we need to change with it,” said Turner Media Innovation’s head of sales Simon Cox at the firm’s recent open day.

Assorted suppliers and media buyers were invited to a demonstration of the marketing services offered by the firm over and above its traditional TV advertising offering.

The day featured a series of seminars on retail, innovation and technology programming and marketing creative expertise, consumer insights and licensing.

“If we all don’t do things differently we will be less successful in the future,” said Cox. “Change is upon us and we have to be pioneering and move forward. It’s about building on our traditional media and understanding we can work on top of that.”

The day included demonstrations of ‘red button’ activities, mobile content delivery, video on demand and other interactive services.

A new live action show called My Spy Family was also unveiled and will be launching on Boomerang in September in a series of 13 episodes, with 13 more commissioned for next year.
