Thumbsupworld.co.uk has been given a new look, incorporating videos, social media and a new live technical support service.
In a statement, the firm commented: "We pride ourselves on offering a high quality sales process, but we also understand that queries are likely to arise after buying our products."
Users of the site only have to click ‘Support’ to speak with one of the Thumbs Up team.
Wojtek Kolan, business development director, said: “The new Live Support function will allow us to offer real time support to our loyal fans and users. We sell about 3 million products a year so we think this new service will be of great benefit to the millions of consumers who own a Thumbs Up product.
He added: “At Thumbs Up, we pride ourselves on offering a high quality service throughout the entire sales process but we also understand that the story doesn't end there. We want to ensure that the whole Thumbs Up experience is the very best it can be.”
The new website has been designed to be more interactive, linking to Facebook pages. Products, promotions and competitions are now posted to users' walls.
Daniel Blackman, design and marketing coordinator, said: “Expanding Thumbs Up World seemed the next natural progression for us and the developments to the site set us apart from the competition. The new website will allow us to engage with our users to a greater extent and help us develop stronger relationships with them.”
New community features give fans the chance to interact with each other and recommend and talk about new product trends and gadgets.
Product pages have also been developed and now include video walls, Facebook Like buttons and other interactive features.
