A social media party hosted by UKMums.tv saw the hash tag #SylvanianFamiliesParty become one of the UK's hottest Twitter topics alongside the likes of the iPad Mini and Girls Aloud.

During the party – held on October 16th – twenty-five mummy bloggers took part in Sylvanian-themed activities and games while inviting fans of the brand to discuss the toys.

Holly Lackey, Flair’s Sylvanian Families product manager, commented: “The Twitter Party was a fantastic way to celebrate Sylvanian Families’ 25th Anniversary year and we are delighted with the coverage that our 25 party hosts achieved.

“The social media drive was just one of a number of incentives we have for autumn, with our gallery event at The Strand being next at the end of October. We hope that by spreading our reach the wonderful world of Sylvania can be enjoyed by even more of the UK public.”
