Childen's marketing platform, SuperAwesome is preparing for global expansion with the appointment of Kari McCreath as the company's new business director.

A well known personality in the industry, McCreath has joined the firm from Stardoll, where she held a position in senior sales.

McCreath joins the team as SuperAwesome celebrates a rapid growth following its first deal in the US.

"SuperAwesome has created an incredibly compelling platform and there is simply nobody else in the kids market even close to their reach and ability to market across multi-channel," said McCreath.

"Its mobile/tablet offering is second to none, and they create fantastic real world experiences with the ever popular Box of Awesome."

Dylan Collins, SuperAwesome CEO, added: "We are incredibly excited to have Kari onboard. We're focused on building the very best team possible in the global kids space and her experience has kicked that up more notches."

SuperAwesome acquired California based firm MobiGirl last week, marking the firm's first move into the US market.
