Online community Stardoll has just hit a 200 million user milestone.
The site for young women launched in 2006 and is now available in 28 languages, on mobile and on Facebook.
Stardoll Media has been affiliated with fashion and beauty brands including Miss Sixty, DKNY and L'Oreal. It recently teamed up with Harrods for a shopping experience based on its premium virtual environment.
Users can play for free or access a paid-for 'Superstar' account. They can make their own dress-up 'MeDoll' avatar and take part in creative activities and games with other users.
