Staples adds Bananagrams Family of Games to A/W range

All five table top games from Bananagrams will be sold in 112 Staples stores across the UK.

Stationery and office supplies retailer, Staples is adding all five table top games from Bananagrams to its Back to School range for 2013.

Bananagrams, Appletters, Pairs-in-Pears, Fruitominoes and Zip-It will be stocked by 112 Staples stores across the UK through to Christmas.

The move is a sure sign that Staples is increasing its commitment to the toy and game category in the run-up to Christmas 2013, a statement from the retailer read.

Rena Nathanson, founder of Bananagrams, commented: "It's really exciting to have our entire award-winning collection of table top games stocked by Staples.

"We're constantly looking for ways to reach new audiences and Staples is a great place to showcase the Bananagrams Family of Games to people who might not usually be exposed to them.

"What's more, the games are educational and ideal for kids and adults of all ages to practice and enhance their literacy skills."

Category manager at Staples, Matt Green, added: "Our Christmas range is designed to offer the customer a wide range of fun and exciting products.

"We felt the Bananagrams games would enhance this category in our stores through the educational value of each game and also the fun appeal they hold for all ages."
