David Beckham has helped sledge sales soar after being photographed using them with his sons in the snow.

And the products will be on display at Spring Fair 2013 this week, courtesy of distributor TKC.

The firm says sales rose after Beckham was spotted using TKC sledges while tobogganing on London's Primrose Hill.

"If it’s good enough for David Beckham and his boys, it’s good enough for the rest of us," read a statement from TKC.

"It seemed that the whole world knew of the Beckhams’ technology-packed snow sledge choice, thanks to big spreads in the Daily Mail, The Sun and the Mirror, among many other publications.

"Not surprisingly, given the power of Brand Beckham, sales are rising, and interest is set to continue throughout Spring Fair International."

The Snow Groover sledges feature Arctic Groove Technology, which allows them to "ride higher and faster due to the micro groove base that wicks away moisture and reduces resistance".

The product also boasts soft yet durable lightweight PE foam core.

The Snow Groover is priced at £35 SRP for the 47-inch model, suitable for two people to share with its two sets of handles, and £30 SRP for the smaller 43-inch version.

You can visit TKC at Spring Fair Hall 3, Stand 3G18 at the Birmingham NEC from February 3rd to 7th.
