SoccerStarz has launched an initiative aimed at Primary School children to encourage participation in school sport called SoccerStarz for Schoolz.

The campaign has been launched in co-operation with the Parents and Teachers Association UK and will see donations given to schools to buy new sports equipment.

For every 100 empty blind bags or wrappers sent to SoccerStarz HQ, schools will receive £10. Each school can make an unlimited number of claims and the amount of cash they can receive is uncapped.

“This initiative is a great way for children to get more involved in sport and provide their school with better equipment," said Creative Toys’ managing director Gareth Dain.

"Sports give children the opportunity to learn about team work, teaches a healthy lifestyle and also provides a sense of achievement, motivation and confidence which in turn builds self esteem.

“With SoccerStarz available on every High Street, all kids have to do is bring their empty blind bags into school; it couldn’t be easier than that”.

Schools can visit pta.soccerstarz.com to sign up.
