Schleich makes Comic Con debut in pre-Christmas campaign

Schleich is bolstering its pre-Christmas consumer awareness this October with stand space taken at both Comic Con and Toytopia.

Targeting the adult collectors market, this is the first time Schleich has exhibited at Comic Con London, which will kick off on Friday 23rd October.

The firm will highlight the DC Comics heroes collection to 100,000 visitors over the three-day weekend, as enthusiasts will be able to see the collection first hand and buy their favourite hero or villain from the stand just in time for Christmas.

Further awareness will be created with families and children at the new consumer show, Toytopia, taking place in Liverpool over the same weekend. The stand will feature the best of Schleich’s play worlds and include large play tables where children can immerse themselves with the products at the show.

“We’re really looking forward to next weekend as we showcase our entire portfolio to the consumer over the two shows,” said Laura Bull, marketing manager.

“It’s such an important time of year and to be able to show collectors and fans of DC Comics the collection at Comic Con, whilst highlighting our full portfolio to families at Toytopia is a really important part of our pre-christmas marketing.”
