Schleich has bolstered its retail presence within many of its core retailers this year thanks to ramped up in-store experiential activities and POS.

Major accounts, including Early Learning Centre and other key multiple retailers, have seen significant investment in their POS, which promises to give the brand more impact on the shop floor than before.

“We are all delighted with the response to the retail initiatives we have invested in this year," said Jeremy Robinson, country manager, Schleich.

"These activities have delivered a better than anticipated return for everyone involved across all our sales channels and, together with the latest product developments and future company strategy, there is no doubt that we have a great opportunity to build on our strengthened market position going forward.”

New display features include bespoke fixtures and POS mounted TV screens designed to better communicate the Schleich range and the quality of the products.

There has also been wide ranging support for both the new DC Comics and dinosaur collections FSDU’s which have seen buoyant sales since launch.

Most recently, 200 Schleich Great Dinosaur Hunt kits were distributed to independent customers across the UK and Ireland in June and the loyalty card promotion is currently ongoing.
