Rubie’s Masquerade has detailed several changes and new appointments in key roles to support its UK business and to strengthen its position across EMEA.

Tracey Devine, previously European licensing and marketing director at KD Group, has been appointed as Rubie’s new head of marketing EMEA.

Devine will be responsible for co-ordinating and building cohesive marketing plans across the Rubie’s group on a European level, from product through to in-store activity and TV advertising.

David Wootliff, previously head of marketing at Rubie’s, has been promoted to the position of commercial director for the UK.

Wootliff will be responsible for all aspects of day to day commercial activities such as sales, marketing, product development, systems and finance for the UK business.

Neil Ash has been appointed as Rubie’s head of apparel operations, reporting to the commercial director.

Ash has been at Rubie’s for over six years and will be responsible for coordinating and focusing the company’s activities as they relate to Rubie’s apparel accounts, including George, Tesco and Sainsbury’s with Rubie’s sales, design and development departments.

Jaimi Weston has been promoted to head of production and planning, EMEA, and will oversee the production planning, forecasting and ordering of Rubie’s mainstream product lines across EMEA.

Weston will work in conjunction with Rubie’s European and Far East operations to maximise the efficiency of these processes.

“These new roles allow us to further plan for growth and efficiencies across the wider business as we continue to increase our presence in EMEA and strengthen our UK team to better meet the needs of our customers and the consumer with great product,” said Chris Isitt, vice president, EMEA and Australia, Rubie's Masquerade Co.
