RC2 to report Q3 results

Analysts predict drop in revenue by at least 10 per cent.
Publish date:

RC2 is due to announce its third-quarter results tomorrow, but analysts have forecasted a downward slide for the firm.

The average estimate for the firm’s Q3 revenue is $143 million, which is $17 million or 11 per cent less than the $160 million recorded a year ago.

It has been a mixed quarter for the firm, which voluntarily recalled almost 270,000 Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway items due to suspected hazardous levels of lead paint. It also extended its Battle Wheels range to incorporate an online gaming experience.

Webcasts of the conference call will be available on RC2’s website www.rc2.com, CCBN’s investor centre at www.earnings.com or Vcall’s website www.vcall.com
