Sarah’s role will be to provide support to improve distribution and sales throughout Europe for the firm’s Thomas & Friends brands including Thomas Wooden Railway System and Take Along Thomas.
Sarah will assist Mark Ashurst, RC2’s European head of sales and marketing for toy and nursery, along with the toy sales and marketing executive, Angela Muir.
“We’re delighted to have Sarah on board. Over recent years our toy, nursery, action vehicle and collectible brands in Europe have undergone a huge investment and development programme," Ashurst said.
"Sarah is an important addition to the team and will be focusing on assisting us with implementing our European strategy to drive distribution and sales forward through existing brands, new IPs and acquisitions,” he said.
