Ravensburger UK has partnered with Haven Holidays to create an outdoor art activity campaign for children visiting the Haven Holiday Parks this year.

The Haven in Colour event will launch in the first week during May half term with all 35 holiday parks taking part.

The activities will encourage children to get outdoors this summer, by turning the parks into an art gallery with Ravensburger’s Outdoor Mandala-Designer.

The Outdoor Mandala-Designer is an ancient Indian circular art form made up of intricate shapes and patterns and sets include chalk crayons to allow children to create art on the driveway, patio, garden wall or any safe paved surface.

“The Outdoor Mandala-Designer Haven in Colour Experience is the perfect fit for us to reach thousands of children with a fun event," said Benn Bramwell, marketing manager, Ravensburger UK.

"These activities are designed to inspire children to spend time outside and get creative with our floor stencils.

"We feel that partnering with Haven Holidays for this experience will demonstrate to kids and parents how much fun they can have creating colourful art outdoors. It also provides Haven with a Kids Club activity that can be used throughout the season.”

To further publicise the event, Haven Holidays has a two week takeover of parental website UKMums.tv highlighting each park’s colourful display and children’s facilities.

“We are delighted to be working with Ravensburger on this creative project," said Naomi Woodstock, PR manager, Haven Holidays.

"Our aim is to promote outdoor play in new and interesting ways and we feel the Outdoor Mandala-Designer will add a new aspect to our children’s clubs.”
