miPR has detailed a raft of new companies and personalities joining the line-up of its first ever FunFest Blogger Summit.

The FunFest Blogger Summit is a one-day event for parenting and lifestyle bloggers that will take place on Saturday April 25th at Whittlebury Hall, Northampton.

The day will boast conference sessions and opportunities for bloggers to discuss brand ambassador opportunities with a number of exhibiting companies.

Britain’s Got Talent winner and movie star Pudsey the Dog, plus his celebrity trainer Ashleigh Butler, will be appearing at the event.

Ashleigh and Pudsey will do a live performance and take questions from the audience during the FunFest conference session. The duo will also meet delegates for interviews and photo opportunities.

“This is a fantastic addition to the FunFest Blogger Summit,” said Kirsty Barr, MD of miPR.

“Not only will we all get to see and meet Ashleigh and Pudsey, but there will be some very exciting opportunities for bloggers to work with Carte Blanche on the brand this year and beyond.”

Ruth Leonard, Carte Blanche’s director of marketing and new business development, added: “FunFest is the first event of its kind and as brand owners we’re incredibly excited to be in front of such an influential audience.

“We’re working hard to develop exciting and rich content to support the launch of the brand, some of which will be released at the Funfest event. We can’t wait to see the reaction from bloggers who are very much part of our long term communications strategy for the brand.”

Carte Blanche will also be attending the event to build on existing and create new relationships with parenting and lifestyle bloggers.

The firm's Me to You brand will be showcased at FunFest, with Carte Blanche hoping to secure new brand ambassador partnerships with the blogger delegates.

There will also be costume character appearances from Tatty Teddy throughout the day, along with creative activities for all the family, and exclusive giveaways.

Elsewhere, JCB Kids and tech accessories specialist Lazerbuilt have also signed up to exhibit at the event.

The two companies will be attending FunFest to demonstrate their latest products to parenting and lifestyle bloggers, whilst discussing brand ambassador opportunities with those attending the event.

Tickets to the event cost £59 and bloggers can bring their children along free of charge. To find out more visit www.funfestuk.com.
