Pop channels launch on-line ads

Ad sales firm Dolphin Television has launched the first ever on-line television advertising sales service for the toy industry for new Sky Digital TV Channels, Pop and Tiny Pop.

The website, www.kids-advertising.tv features all the information any advertiser will need to know about the new TV channels, plus a unique on-line auction offering advertising time from this September onwards.

The idea is that, in the traditionally hectic autumn TV market, it will give advertisers real clarity on pricing and an opportunity to purchase advertising, sponsorship and promotions with minimum fuss.



New look for Turner channels

ToyNews can reveal that Turner Broadcasting is due to unveil changes to its portfolio of kids’ channels, which currently consists of Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Toonami, Cartoon Network Too and Boomerang +1, with Cartoonito becoming a new dedicated pre-school channel.
