Phone cases come to life with new Awesimals range

Interactive phone cases create a creature that users can modify and interact with.

A new set of interactive phone cases called Awesimals have launched.

The cases have been designed for iPhones and iPod Touch devices and when used alongside the Awesimals interactive app, creates a creature that users can modify and interactive with.

The cases come with eyes on top of the device whilst the screen functions as the Awesimals mouth. The app then allows users to customise their screen saver to give the Awesimal a range of different expressions ranging from big smiles to monster fangs.

Consumers can also select the voice of their chosen Awesimal via the app, and the creature can whistle, burp and repeat whatever a child says into it.

The cases are available in eight different colours and are made from a safe food-grade plastic material resistant to bumps and heavy falls.

The Awesimals interactive character cases can be purchased through and has an RRP of $24.99. The app is available for 99 cents through iTunes.
