An Oxfordshire garage has created a working car inspired by Little Tikes Cozy Coupe.

The car, made by Attitude Autos in Ambrosden, is fitted with an 800cc engine and has a top speed of 70 mph.

Created using parts from a Daewoo Matiz, the car took 16 weeks to put together,

"We had seen them all over the place," Attitude Autos managing director Nigel Douglas told Oxford Mail. "They are always in peoples’ front gardens. We thought it would be great if we could get an adult version of it.”

Douglas now wants to tour the country with the car to raise money for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital.

The car runs on unleaded petrol, has one driver’s airbag and even features two giant drink holders.

Take a look at the car in action below:

New home for Little Tikes

A Little Tikes revival is being promised by MGA Entertainment - which has signalled its intent to complete a full acquisition of the business within the next few weeks.
