New owners for

Orbital Media & Advertising buys the business which matches parent bloggers with brands.

5_Blog mathc.jpg, the website which matches up parent bloggers with brands, has been sold to Orbital Media and Advertising.

Orbital said the acquisition will allow Orbital Media to grow its social media engagement opportunities across many different product sectors. The company's clients include Adidas, Aviva Insurance and Sudocrem.

Peter Dawson, MD of said: " has gone from strength to strength over the last 18 months. We put together a way to take branding direct to the end user, and the results have been outstanding."

Dawson said the sale will allow him to concentrate on his other ventures, the Rainbow Awards and the Online Awards for Toy Excellence. 

Peter Brady, CEO of Orbital Media and Senior Director, Hayden Allen-Vercoe have said: "We see this exciting acquisition as an important part of our future growth strategy, building on the strong business concept, to develop a more comprehensive offer."
