New face for ER's UK licensing division

Entertainment Rights has appointed Jackie Ferguson as its new head of UK licensing.

Ferguson joins from Peppers Ghost Productions where she was head of licensing for Tiny Planets. She has also held positions at Licensing Management International, LCI/4 Kids and Fox Kids and has represented a range of brands including the Star Wars trilogy, WWF and Power Rangers.

Reporting to Claire Shaw, director of consumer products, Ferguson will manage ER’s existing UK licensing team and will also be responsible for the management of the toy category across the ER brand portfolio. This will include the UK consumer products launch of Rupert Bear – Follow the Magic and Jim Jam & Sunny and the continued UK brand roll-out of Postman Pat.

Claire Shaw, director of licensing, Entertainment Rights said: “We are delighted to appoint Jackie as Head of UK Licensing. Jackie has a wealth of experience within the licensing industry and her enthusiasm to succeed will prove to be a great asset in this newly-created role. We look forward to the continued development of ER’s UK licensing business under Jackie’s stewardship.”
