Veber will have strategic and operational responsibilities for the company while Woldenberg will focus on long-term business development.

Woldenberg said of Veber’s appointment: “Etienne has the business acumen, strategic vision and strong leadership skills needed to lead our company. I have the utmost confidence in him, as do our associates and business partners. His appointment as CEO is another step in a long-term strategy to position Learning Resources for continued growth”.

Since Veber joined the firm in 2005, it has acquired two educational product based companies, Educational Insights and Safe-T Products, invested significantly in its infrastructure and developed a website, while continuing to grow its business.
