M&S is recalling its Twist & Turn Rattle over safety concerns.

The retailer states that some of the rattles have been affected by a manufacturing fault that could lead to the balls contained inside being released, presenting a potential hazard.

No injuries have been reported, but M&S is issuing a product recall notice for the small number (around 400) sold.

The retailer is advising customers to stop using the item and is asking those who have purchased the product to return it to any M&S store (except Simply Food and Outlet stores), where a full refund will be given.
