The Entertainer in Birmingham's Bullring has managed to increase sales of Moshi Monsters merchandise by 20 per cent after opening a dedicated area for the brand.

The Moshi zone was opened at the start of half-term week to ensure good attendance. Kids met up with a costumed Furi Moshi Monster and got the chance to enjoy a variety of Moshi themed-activities including a play area for E-Max’s Moshi Monsters Clay Buddies craft kits as well as face painting and colouring competitions.

Sarah Hodges, retail partnership manager at Mind Candy, said: "The Entertainer has really brought the Moshi Monsters world to life through this space. It’s great to see to see the kids enjoy it so much - and further proves the popularity of the brand offline."

Attendees also received an exclusive code which can be exchanged for a virtual Jack in the box from The Entertainer's logo, on moshimonsters.com

Rebecca Rees, marketing manager at The Entertainer, said: "We’ve been behind the brand since the early days and it’s really great to see it continue to flourish. We’re thrilled to have a Moshi Zone in our flagship store, not only has it seen a rise in sales, but also adds to The Entertainer experience through great in-store theatre and excitement."
