Popular pre-school series, Olly the Little White Van is looking to increase its presence on the toy shelves.

Following its recent broadcast success, the team behind the series has revealed its plans to increase its toy activity for the property, with new developments with new master toy partners.

Olly the Little White Van has recently secured a partnership with Channel 5’s preschool network, Milkshake, seeing the series air on the channel until 2018.

All 65 episodes of the preschool programme will air on the channel’s preschool timetable, while its creators are currently working on a further 26 episodes.

And the creator of Olly the Little White Van, Henry Becket has revealed that among increased licensing activity the team is seeing increased demand for toy lines.

“Our aim is to now move forward with new master toy partners bringing further ways for the huge fan base to enjoy Olly and all the characters from the show,” said Becket.

“Olly and his friends are incredibly toy-etic and appeal to both boys and girls aged three to five. Our research and the amazing online reactions we are getting suggest that parents and children are crying out for more ways to experience the fun that the programmes bring to them every day.”
