More Hasbro stock sold

Divisional president exercises options for 15,000 shares.

Hasbro’s president of North American sales exercised options on Monday for 15,000 shares at $18.58 apiece.

According to a Form 4 filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commision, Frank P Bifulco Jr then sold the shares on the same day for $28 a piece, totalling $420,000.

This follows Alan G Hassenfeld, Hasbro’s chairman, decision to exercise options on shares last week. Hassenfeld sold 90,000 shares between $28.25 and $28.94 a piece.



Saitek sold

Electronic games specialist Saitek has been acquired by video games peripherals manufacturer Mad Catz for around $30m.


US recalls more

The US consumer safety agency has recalled more than 635,000 Chinese-made toys, key chains and other products.
