Middle East Toy Fair announces award winners

The judging panel released the results last night at the Toy Fair Awards ceremony.

The award winners were honoured at the Toy Fair networking dinner, at the Sheraton Hotel Dubai Marina and the honours were chosen by an independent jury, taking into consideration local buying behaviours and appropriateness for the regional toy market.

Winning products will be displayed on an exclusive showcase for the first time this year at the Toy Fair.

The Arabic Alphabet Desk by World Wide Traders won best culturally adapted toy.

Winner of best outdoor and activity toy was a walking bike, Hoppop Motta by Belgian company, the White Heart.

Best board game went to The Colour Dwarfs, manufactured by Haba Habermaaß Germany.

Make ‘n’ Break Challenge from Ravensburger, Germany won best educational toy. 

Most innovative toy went to building set, ZOOB by Infinitoy

The winner of best baby toy was VTech's Sit to Stand Dancing Tower (pictured.)

Most innovative baby product at the show went to Home Care Vegetable Baby by Home Care of South Korea.

Finally, most technologically innovative toy at the show went to The Force Trainer from Uncle Milton.
