Dutch puzzle firm Jumbo has undergone a management buy-out in partnership with investment company Berk Partners.

The firm, which is distributed in the UK by Falcon, reorganised last year to trim costs and bring them back in line with turnover. It also plans to sell off its factory in Wognum as it refocuses on its core games and puzzles business.

Ronald Pieters managing director of Jumbo, said: ?We are fully confident that, together with Berk Partners and our staff, we can continue to successfully develop and release games and puzzles. In addition, to our current product range, we will also focus on offering cross-medial game concepts. This is a big challenge.?
