The buy out has been part of a long term strategy by Alan and Graham Halsall and the senior management team and means the company remains 100 per cent privately owned and, according to the firm, business will continue as usual apart from the change of ownership.

Alan Halsall will continue to work as a consultant, particularly in the licensing area of the business alongside sales and marketing director, Andrew Coplestone.

John Hutt, Managing Director says “We are at a very exciting stage in the life of our business. We are clearly focused on creating innovative product and we know that we have a fantastic team of people in place with fresh energy and great vision to ensure that we get the maximum out of our tremendous portfolio of brands and licenses”.
