Maplin Electronics site now stocks BeeWi toys

BeeWi Sting Bee Bluetooth controlled helicopter, the Bluetooth KickBee Mini Robots and the ScaraBee buggy will be available online

Distributor Avenir Accessories has revealed that Maplin Electronics is to start selling BeeWi toys on the electronic retailer's website.

BeeWi have just obtained two new official licenses for their Bluetooth controlled cars, both of which are now offered by Maplin. The new Mini Cooper Coupé and Fiat 500 Bluetooth controlled cars can be driven via the free BeeWi Control Pad application available on iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

"As the UK’s biggest specialist retailer of consumer electronics, we are delighted that Maplin Electronics are stocking some of BeeWi’s great range of toys, which are perfect for presents for the young and the young-at-heart," said Avenir Accessories MD, Andy Tow.

The site will also be stocking the BeeWi Sting Bee Bluetooth controlled helicopter, the Bluetooth KickBee Mini Robots and the Wi-Fi controlled ScaraBee buggy which comes complete with a built-in camera to record journeys.
