Financial group MI-29 bought the toy car manufacturer from Smoby, with the hope to turn the business around.

However, the business has recently been put into administration after the resurrection attempts failed to make the business profitable again. MI-29 now has two months to make itself known with the administrator.

The company's 73 staff now face losing their jobs.
