Little Tikes and Greg Rutherford launch Little Trikers summer campaign

Little Tikes has teamed with the Olympic gold medalist, Greg Rutherford to launch a summer campaign geared at getting families outside.

Called Little Trikers, the initiative will give parents the chance to win a four-in-one Sports Edition Trike, as Little Trikes showcases its latest Trikes collection.

The campaign launches following the results of a survey of 2000 UK families revealed that parents ‘feel up to seven pangs of guild a week at their lack of quality time with their family.’

Reasons for these pangs range from being too tired, working long hours, lack of money and spending too little time outdoors.

Little Tikes has now called on Rutherford, the long-jumping Olympian to encourage families to shed their guilt and make the most of time together by getting outdoors.

Rutherford, his partner Susie and son Milo are now prompting families to suggest their favourite trails on social media, using #toptriketrails. The top spots will then be mapped out on the website

Little Trikes is also giving families the chance to win a four-in-one Sports Edition Trike by suggesting what type of Triker their little one will be via the website. All entrants with five likes and over will be entered for the prize draw to win one of the Trikes and £1,000 worth of toys.
