American doll manufacturer The Queen’s Treasures is preparing to launch a new collection inspired by the literary classic, Little House on the Prairie.

In a new licensing partnership with Knockout Licensing, the firm will produce and sell dolls houses and accessories, including clothing and furniture as well as 15 to 18 inch dolls inspired by the series.

Rooted in the stories written by Laura Ingalls Wilder, Little House on the Prairie follows the adventures of an American pioneer family.

The book series has sold over 60 million copies in 100 countries.

The new doll range form The Queen’s Treasures will include a selection based on characters and settings from the series, as well as an 18-inch representation of the series’ author herself.

“From the start of working on this property, we envisioned dollhouses and the like for the brand,” said Carole Postal, co-president of Knockout Licensing.

“The Queen’s Treasures really impressed us with their incredible vision for the product line as well as personal passion for the brand.”
