Leapfrog cuts US workforce

Leapfrog will cut 85 US jobs before mid-April.

The cuts are part of the firm’s plan to try and regain profitability, it said in a statement.

"Given the current business climate, we believe that now is the best time to implement this decision and to notify the impacted employees," the statement said.

About 20 people have already been let go.
