Konami settles claims against Upper Deck Europe

All disputes over the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG between the two companies have now been settled.

The disputes which have been resolved include that regarding the termination of Upper Deck's distributorship for Yu-Gi-Oh Trading Card Game.

Claims against Upper Deck’s affiliated companies Upper Deck and Upper Deck Panoceanic have also been settled, as well as Upper Deck International's counterclaim against Konami.

Konami’s subsidiary, Konami Digital Entertainment, is now the distributor of Yu-Gi-Oh Trading Card Game in Europe.
