K’NEX offered interactive construction play experiences to visitors of The Big Bang Fair 2015, the largest celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths for young people in the UK.

In conjunction with The Bloodhound Project, K’NEX challenged kids to build their own race cars using K’NEX and then proudly display them on a giant screen. Lucky winners were picked each day to take home prizes including K’NEX 35 Model Tubs and K’NEX Four Wheel Drive Trucks. Winning designs will be showcased on the K’NEX UK website and regional press outreach will announce winners to their local press.

All children who took part in a K’NEX activity during the show were given a sample pack to continue the building fun at home, further extending their STEM learning experience.

The firm also showcased the world’s biggest K’NEX build at the show: a life sized replica of the Bloodhound Supersonic Car.
