Kids@play is granted patent for Inflatable Ride-on

The UK patent is given for an inflatable ride-on toy which is secured to a motorised base.

Malcolm Evans told ToyNews: "The patent application goes back some years ago and consequently all of our actions for patent infringement can be backdated to this date.

"We were undoubtedly the first to design this concept, and together with the registered community design patents, including copyright, and registered Trade Marks, we feel that we are adequately protected against the flow of companies that seek to copy our work."

The Trade Marks Registry has also assigned the Mark ‘100 smiles per hour' to the company, which will be used on the powered vehicle range.
