Managing director of Kiddimoto, Simon Booth, said: "Alex and Peter will be fundamental in taking Kiddimoto into the majors in the UK and beyond."
With over 50 years of industry experience between them, Gribben and Fielding will bring an added dimension to the existing sales structure at Kiddimoto.
Over the past year, Kiddimoto has experienced significant growth and it is hoped that the new sales team will help to support this growth in demand.
A back-room office restructure has also taken place, which will see Ian Ham take responsibility for Kiddimoto's key UK clients, while Neill Hobson continues to concentrate on the European market.
Katie Flynn has taken over the in-house marketing role, with Laura Williams appointed as administrator.
