Jumbo backs National No Screen Week with puzzle challenge

Jumbo Games is urging families to put away their tablets and smartphones and embrace this year’s National No Screen Week.

The UK puzzles manufacturer is now ‘fully behind the awareness week,' suggesting that families across the UK “put away the screens and take on the challenge of completing a puzzle.”

According to a survey commissioned by the firm, 71 per cent of puzzlers with children enjoy a puzzle with their kids and 31 per cent puzzle weekly.

In its campaign to drive this percentage higher, Jumbo Games is now offering a three-for-two on all adult and children’s puzzles in Toy R Us throughout May.

‘Have you ever stopped to consider how much of your time is spent using the latest technology?’ asked a statement from the UK puzzling company.

‘How often do you sit down with your children and complete a task together? Jumbo Games challenge you to get away from the screens for one week.’
