The In Thing is trading 40 per cent up on last year and, looking forward to numerous forthcoming ranges, expects its 2012 growth to hit 50 per cent in 2012.
The firm wants a new national account manager to identify, develop and implement a long-term business strategy for its accounts in order to improve market share, turnover and profitability.
Previous toy experience is essential and applicants must currently manage national High Street or grocery retailers, ideally including FOB sales.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required, particularly in terms of persuasion, negotiation and relationship brokering. Candidates must also be able to plan and organise effectively.
The new recruit will ideally be office based but would certainly be required to spend a minimum of five days per month in the Lancashire-based office.
