Wilton Bradley is looking to further bolster its team with the appointment of an area sales manager.
The firm says that the opportunity represents an exceptional future for a highly motivated, ambitious, energetic, driven individual with proven sales ability and strong management capabilities. A toy or outdoor leisure industry background would be desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will manage a team of seven sales executives ensuring they are always motivated well trained and up to date with product, brand and sales policy/strategy. They will also be expected to generate sales, identify and develop new market opportunities, as well as liaising with and supporting the field sales team to maximise business with their key accounts.
The role reports directly to the MD and will be responsible for team and individual sales targets.
