Rainbow is a growing, leading designer and manufacturer of classic character toys and gifts, such as Paddington Bear, Beatrix Potter, Miffy, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Snoopy and Wallace and Gromit and is looking for a National Account Manager to strengthen its team. The accounts you will be responsible for include a cross section of key and national accounts in all categories, including grocery, mail order, nursery, card, gift and stationery retailers.

The role will be to grow existing accounts by the use of effective account management and identify and open new accounts. You will need to be able to manage your time efficiently and have an eye for detail, as from time to time, as well as selling from our standard catalogue you will be required to manage bespoke ranges from concept through to delivery, which will include briefing all internal departments on the requirements of your customer.

You will need to be experienced in costings, forecasting and negotiating trading terms and pricing but this could be at a senior key accounts level or national accounts level. The successful applicant will be hardworking, self motivated, adaptable and will have a desire to learn in a growing and changing business environment.
