InspirationWorks has strengthened its marketing team, appointing Katie Roberts as its new UK marketing manager.
Roberts (pictured) was most recently deputy editor of ToyNews, while she also has a strong track record in communciations and PR. She will report to recently promoted marketing director, Tracey Devine.
"We're delighted to have Katie on board," said David Martin, UK director and general manager at InspirationWorks. "She brings a wealth of qualities to the marketing group and I'm sure will be a great addition to the IW team.
"We now have two distinct R&D and marketing groups, one for ELAs and core toy product, and one for technology, of which the new Kurio tablets are phase one. Katie's appointment is a key one as we build a commercial infrastructure to develop and market product on two clear fronts."
The Kurio programme launches into UK retail this summer.
