The wheeled toy offering is set to include a wide ride of scooters, 10-inch and 12-inch bikes, skates, skateboards, helmets and a range of wheeled toy accessories.
The deal with V&S Entertainment will also include dolls' prams and pushchairs, two frame designs and pushchair accessories, with both ranges set to launch in autumn/winter 2012.
Andrew Coplestone, licensing director of HTI said: "We are always looking for exciting new brands to add to our portfolio and Everything’s Rosie fits the bill completely.
"The viewing figures have been staggering since launch and we are confident that the brand will go from strength to strength over the coming years."
"HTI is the latest British licensee to join the increasingly strong licensing programme for Everything’s Rosie and they are an important one,” added Julie Quirke, director of licensing at V&S Entertainment.
"We are delighted to be working with HTI to develop an innovative Rosie range of wheeled toys that will resonate with the outdoor play patterns evident in the series. We are confident that HTI will add to the wonderfully wide selection of Rosie toys coming to market in 2012 and make an impact with the growing fanbase across the country."
