World of Toys is an agreement with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), at the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair from January 5th to 8th, 2009.

“This cooperation brings us as international marketing service provider a great step forward in the direction of international customer support,” said Ernst Kick, Chief Executive Officer of Spielwarenmesse.

“We offer our customers contacts where they need contacts and we save them work. As their prominent partner, we give more weight and attract more attention to their company presentations and improve our customer bonding. Our presence at international fairs also strengthens the world-leading position of the Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair Nuernberg.”

Assistant Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Raymond Yip, added: “I am sure that the cooperation with Spielwarenmesse will attract the industry’s big names to the HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair in the future.”

Meanwhile, Spielwarenmesse added a category for sport, leisure and outdoor products at Nuremberg. The International Toy Fair Compass – the show directory – will include the new category.

Some 300 companies from over 30 countries have signed on for the fair, which takes place from February 5th to 10th 2009.
