The deal comes after Upper Deck lost the distribution of the game in a court case in April.

John Maitland, managing director of Hobbygames, said of the deal: "This move will ensure professional support for these fantastic products. Hobbygames will provide excellent customer service and continuity of supply, which our customers have come to expect."

This appointment follows on from the success of Ben 10 and adds to Hobbygames continuously expanding portfolio of Trading Card Games, which also includes Pokemon, Dino King and World Of Warcraft from Upper Deck and the upcoming new Dr Who Cards.
